Good for credit card services… Terrible for loans. Last year I tried to get small loan for a condo. After almost 2 months and 3 extensions in our contract with few explanations on the delay, Citi released letter with disapproval same day for the closing. We got approved in less than 3 weeks with better APR rate in another institution.

Be careful of bank errors!! Invisible bank leadership and slow customer service. Pretty interior design, bad parking set up, and a business culture where customer service is a favor, not a job. If you are trying to reach anyone at this branch by phone or looking for excellent service in person, forget it!

Worse customer service ever. You go to the branch and they don’t want to help or do anything. they always say call customer service. what is the purpose to have a branch. and now they don’t take cash. A bank that doesn’t take cash. horrible I’m closing all my account with them!

Tellers are very professional, depending on the hours sometimes you will have lines, to talk to a personal banker is a long wait, the closing hours are very inadequate, branch has been upgraded recently.
