Awful bank! The slowest most disrespectful people. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t expect to get any help. They seem to prioritize based on that. I went on my lunch break and waited for assistance until I ended up being late going back to work. One of the bank assistants (wish I had gotten a name) was told by a customer that he was helping that he’s in no rush it’s okay to go ahead and help me and the bank assistant refused. Honestly, this branch needs to be closed or a more diverse population needs to be hired so that being helped isn’t biased. This is my 3rd time going to this bank because of its proximity to my job and the experience has been the same every time. Completely awful. I completely agree with all the negative reviews.

I am happy with the service i get at this branch they are all very professional and quick. I understand the lines could be long at times but The bank offers various ways to make a deposit so there is no need for waiting in line i was happy and deserve 5 stars

Not the best bank to do business with and ALMOST always understaffed here so slow like the other locations. I don’t blame the previous reviewers complaining about this location and the other ones too.

Nobody speaks good English. I know Weston has a very large Spanish population, but you still need to speak English for West Davie residents. Maybe it was just me, because I am country and not wealthy, but the employees had attitudes.

I was wondering how we can put a negative stars for Bank of America. They should honestly announce that are no longer interested in the day to day banking service and customers. They should say from now on, online banking only and we’d understand. I need to make the payment for my supplier and I have no choice but do it online as BofA has closed all their drive through and have only one teller per no matter how many customers. I was at another Weston location and there was over 32 customer in line up and I decided to come to this location at least there fewer customers.
