Horrible staff. Not kind or friendly. Will not recommend to anyone.
From the very beginning when you confront Carol at the front desk you can sense that you’re not welcome. This lady does not like what she is doing and is obvious just by the lack of a smile and a hello or a welcomed. They do not know how to manage patients. Concerned at all about what the conditions might be suffering. They are rude disrespectful and just plain horrible. I just hope that the doctor is not as bad as the rest of the staff. The attitude of the staff was so bad, that I did not wanted to trust my health to someone selecting the employees . After all that is the first impression of the office.
Dr. Andrade is, unequivocally, the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. She is thorough, patient, and knowledgeable; insists we understand everything we need to know; and she listens to us.
