White Bay Sports Physical Therapy

I have used White Bays services multiple times. The first time I had an injury I was not able get over for a while. I went to other places but they suggested very generic and standard treatments that didn’t work; then I found out about White Bay and the experience was fenomenal; They knew what they were doing and got to the solution and treatment right away. It took about 3 weeks for me to be able to go back to enjoy my passion, soccer.

I had knee surgery last Feb 5 and after 3 months of rehab therapy I felt that my recovery was not fast enough and continued to have pain. I knew Lio from playing soccer and I had heard great things about his professionalism and knowledge and decided to go see him. If I would have gone from the start I think I would be playing soccer already! What a difference in only 1 month of working with Lio. He prepared a thorough and complete recovery plan (including videos and personal notes) and the improvement has been drastic, with very little pain. I feel stronger and have gained my confidence back that eventually I will be able to play again. He is very detailed in his explanations of the exercises, the goal behind each one, what muscles needed to be worked on, and just a great knowledge of the required exercises and movements. If an exercise was more painful, he adjusted on the go and that made feel very secure about the path we were taking. He was always encouraging, and I felt that I was treated as a person and not just another patient. The facilities were complete with lots of machines, weights, bands, and all that’s needed for a full recovery and exercise plan. I am very thankful for Lio’s services and I strongly recommend him to anyone that needs a prompt recovery.

I came here because my knee was hurting from an old injury. started therapy with Lionel and from the first day he knew what my problem was! I came here with movements I couldn’t do, and from the first day literally I could do these different movements! His therapy are the best, and if anyone in pain needs it, I will definitely recommend his services

I went there because of 2 injuries during last year. Pubalgia and then pulled my quad. Lionel was always helpfull and a lot of patience plus experience. I had to go a couple of times to do my therapy and then received follow up emails and calls to see how i was doing. I was referred by soccer friends on Weston Adult league and i refer him always. 5 stars well deserved.

I have been going to Lionel for chronic lower back pain, It was the best decision I made. After seeing so many therapist I was immediately impressed how he listened, asked many questions and tailored my sessions to my needs. He is a true professional.
