Weston Moving and Storage

Brian and Tom make promises not kept. Tell what they think you want to hear and do the opposite. Everything in the beginning appeared to go well. They were Quick in packing and getting things into storage but when it came to delivery everything was not as promised. Delivered MOST of our belongings with excuses bringing chairs for our table and the table was forgotten. Plus as things were unpacked as time went by it seems other things are missing such as a family aluminum ladder. Trusted them to bring back the missing items which never turned up, all our phone calls went ignored. Since they know our phone number they would never answer either or return our phone messages. Quick is the slang word for thief. If we could give zero stars we would.

Response To Owner: We were going through past years receipts and found our final receipt from our move ten years ago. It was a reminder of the lack of satisfactory service from back then. They never made good on the promise they would return our table, then admitted later they broke the top and never replaced it afterwards. Other pieces were broken as well after trying to reconstruct a large modular desk we had not to mention realizing our very expensive ladder ended up missing too. Again, entrusting their word at that time we were sorely disappointed by the results. I just hope for anyone who reads this they realize not to pay the final bill without getting something in writing before trusting anyone’s word.

Our experience with Weston Moving and Storage was great from beginning to end. Our calls to customer service representatives and for the estimate were very pleasant, professional, and excellent. I originally spoke to Brian in the office; he came to our location, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Our movers, Anthony and Jermaine, and Driver (Crew Chief) Riley, were all outstanding. They kept our items in perfect condition and had great personalities. Moving day went very smoothly. Things were done quickly and efficiently, on both ends. Great care was taken with our possessions and, also, with the walls and floors of the move-from and move-to locations. They really took all of the stress and worry out of moving day. THANK YOU Weston Moving & Storage! FIVE STARS!!!!

I have used this company three times. Every one of the employees is hard working and very courteous. They work very hard and quickly and also give attention to specific needs for different pieces of furniture. I am very impressed with their promptness and quality

Great experience! Called on Friday and they were able to come help us out on Saturday morning. Riley and his crew were the nicest, most efficient workers and they made our move so smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help moving, and will be using them again in the future!

I will forever use Weston Moving and storage for any job moving be it small or large. We had the PLEASURE of dealing with Riley and Vincent moving our items into storage and these 2 guys were AMAZING. From the way they not only wrapped our items, but the manner in which they handled our items as careful as they could be. I cant say enough about this Great company and the experience I had with this crew. I have lived all over the country and Never had a better moving company. Now, here is the kicker. I was quoted $320 which was very fair in the industry. Theses gentleman saw that the job took an hour less than they originally thought and brought my price down $100. That kind of honesty is EXTREMELY RARE in this business or any other. I would only recommend using this company for anything that you need moved large or small. I was also contacted every step of the way by the owner Bryan as well as another representative. This is the most trustworthy moving company and most professional I have ever dealt with.
