The customer service can be a bit better here, but you will find your gas.

Worst customer services ever! Been a Mobile client since I moved to Weston 5 years ago and this experiences has been the worst I’ve ever had, a cashier named Beatriz for some reason credit the bump I was using with my credit card and during the filling she stop the services ($3.48 at the moment) ran up to me yelling me thief because I was using someone else credit, so I’ve been disrespected in from everybody for her mistake!i tried to explain the old Latin woman (I’m Hispanic too) without luck because she was so upset and annoyed with her own mistake she has no Modals or any costumer services skill whatsoever, I asked to speak with a manager but she refused saying she was the manager in duty this morning, I tried to dialogue even in Spanish (the language she approached me even without knowing I was Hispanic) but she refused to understand so to solve the issue I called the police on her, I’ll be back Monday morning to try to speak with a store manager or supervisor to take further action. Why we as customers need to deal with such unprofessional not educated people how a company as Mobile Exxon Hires such an unprofessional unskilled lady to deal with customers?
