Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I just got my coolant flushed today and my car is starting to overheat. I’ve never had this issue with my vehicle before. I’ve been calling the store and no answer. So now I’m having to tow my car to my mechanic. I opened the hood and there is no cap on my radiator. The guy that did it seemed like he was having difficulty and i was concerned but he said everything went smooth but clearly it didn’t. I usually don’t do big services unless I’m going to the dealership and but he gave me a deal of $65 for the flush and I couldn’t pass but I guess I should have seeing how things went today. I have a business trip and this is setting me back. And no one answers the darn phone I’ve called over 10 times, I want my money back!!! I will not be doing any more services like this again at these quick lubes. Leave big services to the dealership!!!!!!

Wow to post a review on here is impossible unless I give a star!! There are no stars at this establishment! I took my car there a month ago and I had my turbo go the next day. Just got it rebuilt and went to do the oil change myself and found the filter was not on tight (2 fingers I could loosen it)! Explains the oil leak I all of a sudden had! This now the second car I have taken there and the next day it’s messed up! So for a $40 oil change, I have spent $600 to get it running again! So again, DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE SPENDING A LOT MONEY!!!

Gage, one of the technicians was very knowledgeable. Made experience quick and painless. Did a standard 21 point safety check on vehicle. Great location overall would highly recommend.

First time here and definitely coming back!!! Joseph and the gentlemen here do a great job. Use to take it to the dealership but too much time and they don’t do the same service detail as this place. He also gave me a coupon for the gas treatment and recommended a couple of things for the cars longevity. Recommend them 100%.

I visited this place on 11/27 for an oil change on my wife’s Acadia and my experience there was so good that I couldn’t wait to take the time for this review. The staff is 110% TOP NOTCH. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable, especially the woman who took care of me, I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name. THEN there was the actual cleanliness of the shop. Impressively clean, no mess, nothing dirty and no junk laying around….it was actually clean enough in there to sit on the floor. Having worked in the industry and seen the utter filth in MANY different Jiffy Lubes, this place was an absolutely pleasure to visit and I’m actually looking forward to my next oil change.
