Jan is great! I needed a replacement shower head. Unfortunately the warranty had expired, but Jan was able to get me a new one very quickly and at a good price.

Hands down the BEST plumbing supply in the area. Not only do they have a wonderful selection to meet all your plumbing and hardware needs, but the entire staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I’ve worked with Jan on several projects and she’s always a pleasure to deal with. She is just fantastic!

I can’t say enough about this place! It starts at the front with Katie who is very welcoming. Rodney was my salesman and he could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful! He was very patient took his time helping me with all products and made sure everything would work with my measurements. Also kept me informed of arrivals on my products that needed to be ordered. Their displays are awesome with a great kitchen area as well. Bri is great too,she makes sure you have all items before you leave ! A real bonus was the day I emailed Rodney and he was out, Doug and Jayne the owners both helped me! This place is the definition of customer service with a great team! Being a dog lover, I must mention sweet Maui as well . I loved seeing her there❤️just a great place!

The best selection of bath tubs we’ve found. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. If you have very specific requirements for a tub then this is the place for you.
