Very impressed by the attention to detail and genuine care this property management team stands by with each new and existing client. I have recently been approved and am moving in The Villages of San Remo and was so amazed by how well my application was handled, from submission to the approval. Sasha Clark and Fara Lessem have been so kind and professional. They guided me every step of the way, explaining the processes very simply and preventing issues by having the experience of helping people just like me going through this application previously. If they had been by my side in any of my previous rental locations, they can now guarantee I would still be there to this day. Accompanied by an outstanding accountant professional Matt Franco this team has been groomed for success. A big thank you to all those involved for the on boarding process and assisting me with a seamless transition to a new home for me and my family.

Would I highly recommend the management services of TPMG? YES! YES! YES! Troy the owner is not just the owner, but a working employee. I don”t know of any other management company where you get to sit face to face with the owner. Troy really does have an open door policy. Yes! your reading this right!! OPEN DOOR POLICY!!! No matter what property management issues you may need help with, Troy will take the time out of his busy schedule, invite you into his office and work together with you to solve them.
As a new Board member, I had so many questions that needed answers.
I arrived with questions and note pad in hand at Tina’s desk. Background checks, ARB’s ,Estoppel s what am I looking at? Not only did she answer all of my questions once but many times over and invited me back.
Next I visit Matt’s desk, financials what’s on this balance sheet, what does this charge mean? Again my questions are answered with an invite to come back. Alex now this is a fountain of knowledge on how to run your HOA. Did I tell you he is president of one.There is not a problem you could face that he has not solved. If he does not have the answer you need, he will get the answers for you. WILL CALL YOU BACK! Always has a smile and a handshake. Jose and Susan our property manager is called all day long with questions that need answers, things must get done! Susan always pleasant, answers I’m on it,it’s done or in the process of completion. I do not feel I just have a property manager, but a whole management team working for me.

What a great environment to walk into. The staff is not only friendly but also quick in processing my needs when i went into the office for Transponders. In needing assistance with my accounting questions, Matt was right there to answer any question i had. Would highly recommend the services of TMPG

I had an awesome interaction with this property management staff. They made sure all of my worries were taken care of regarding my property management needs. The one thing I will say is that the office is a bit small but they make it work for them. Tina was very efficient with all the paperwork needed and explained everything very clear. People who claim they are rude need to look in the mirror first. You get what you give. I appreciate what Troy’s staff does for those of us who are willing to take the time to get things done in advance. Home owners are very happy with their services! Keep up the great work ??
