TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Weston

We stayed with our 3girls for a week. Toilet broken, remotes not working, extremely rude housekeeping staff. I literally had to ask everyday for my room to be serviced. Picture fell off the wall and hit our kid in the head. Armchair in the living area broke and left my daughter bruised. Managers never available. We had to call corporate and they basically said they would refund our entire stay. That never happened. They refunded a couple days and said scram basically. Not up to Marriott standards at all! I also have pics if needed.

Been here a few times over the years and, while it’s not fancy, it’s reliable, good, has free breakfast and is in a nice area. For travelers: next to a Walgreens and close to Weston town center.

Very nice place to stay. The area is very nice and has several shops and restaurants nearby. There is plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the grounds were well kept. The breakfast eating area has limited seating. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay in a nice area of town with helpful staff.

Jonathan and Angelina are the epitome of professionalism and the Marriott way. Give them a raise and more responsibility. Property is clean and well presented. Great location too!
