If there was a way I could give this location a negative stars I would. I went through 2 days of hell and I will NEVER go to this location again. We went to purchase a water heater. I needed assistance in bringing it down with a forklift. One associate said he will be right back to assist. Never saw him again. Had to go to the front ask for help, they paged for assistance. Again no one showed up. The place was not busy at all. I had to go to another department and finally got help. Than we went to the truck rental. That department was extremely slow. Finally made it home. Installed the water heater to find out it was defective! Did the whole thing the following morning 6 am. I had some help in getting the water heater. Truck rental was a nightmare. Almost an hour to get assistance. Computers were down. Associate couldn’t enter our information in the system. He ask that I go behind the register and enter the information myself! Which I found odd but I had to get out if this store. Everything he had entered was incorrect. Returning the truck was another issue. Associate again couldn’t log in. Never gave me paperwork. After another wasted hour the guy was clearly not in the right state of mind. We ask for a manager she was able to assist while she kept asking the associate if he was quiting. 3rd day my husband gets a call from the location asking when we were returning the truck and that where was a balance still due! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
