I wouldn’t say this was the worst daycare experience but it definitely wasn’t the best. I started my daughter when she was 1. It was a very hard transition and the teachers didn’t seem to do much to help. She never looked happy in any of the app pictures and it always looked like she was crying. I know daycare is hard for new kids but after her 1st week and seeing all the sad pics I decide to sit and watch the camera for the whole day to see what went on. She was left to cry on her own. She wasn’t held or comforted she would just stand in the middle of the room or sit in her chair crying, ALL DAY. Now I understand they have a classroom full of children but she was new and this was her 1st time away from a parent. The teachers said they couldn’t hold her all day. Again I get that but once she used to the environment, we are talking about a 1 yr old on week 2. Also she got sick right away and had to miss a few days going into week 3. Then the hurricane came so school was closed for 2 weeks. We decide not to send her back. Gave notice and the 30 days notice isn’t real 30 days notice. They don’t prorate the next payment for the day notice was giving. You basically have to give notice on the 1st of the month prior to the month your withdrawing your child or the whole next month payment is due. Also I was told over the phone by Ms. Molly that if we came back they would credit our 30 day notice to our 1st month back. After my husband he was told that was a mistake and they couldn’t do that. Whatever it was worth leaving that place. We did start her at a new school. She did great. There was still an adjustment period but she was held and comforted and made to feel welcome. Even though she wasn’t always smiling in the pics we got she wasn’t crying either and teachers tried to make her feel safe and at home. Also she hasn’t gotten sick. Overall a much better experience somewhere else. If your child adjusts easily and has a super strong immune system Tiny Planet might be right for you. Otherwise I’d look else where.

My daughter loves coming to see her buddies at school. She enjoys her daily experiences. Ms. Gloria is the world’s best teacher! She is patient and a second mom to all the kids.
The administrative staff are friendly and welcoming. Ms. Ivies and Ms. Molly are Fab!

I love this place because my children never wants to leave the school. Adrian my little boy develops new skills every day with fun activities in his classroom while he laugh and receive love from his teachers; also the amazing Gym, the interactive media, and the pool make my sons’ school experience the best in the world. In addition, my older son enjoy the after school program, and they help him a lot with his homework. Thank you teachers and administrative staff to make this place an wonderful place.
