Tint world in sunrise sold me a clear coat lifetime package for over $1000 in January 2019. Owner told me lifetime warranty included coming back once a year for re application . when I went back this January the store was no longer a tint world and under mew management. I called the nearest tint world location and explained my situation and was told they would charge me $300 for the touch up. Bottom line tint world does not honor their warranties. Avoid all tint worlds!

Out of business this location. Failed to honor warranty to replace defective product by company taking its place.
Revision to 5 ?… I was contacted immediately after 1st post by franchisee for s Florida. Just closed location due to new owner.
I was told to contact another tint world installer to make good on guarantee.
They cheerfully removed and replaced rear window tint professionally and rapidly at NO charge.
Kudos to the Sunrise Florida location.

Tint world at Weston is an excellent business. the work is high-quality. they are professional, experienced and knowledgeable. the customer service was outstanding.

Absolutely repulsive customer service!!! I should of known this was going to be a bad experience as I walked in the manager was handling another customer who happened to be an older woman. She had some questions in regards to her tires and noise coming from the car. He asked her “do you want me to lie to you? I can lie to you if you want!” Being totally disrespectful to someone who had a simple question.
I was next and I told him I had an appointment for 12. He asked me for what and I went to answer and I could not finish my sentence before he asked again. I informed him it was for a faulty alarm. He very quickly let me know that they didn’t do that there and I would need to go to the dealer. No big deal that’s fine. I then called my husband to relay the informations and he wanted to speak to him. I let the manager know that my husband had some questions. I passed him the phone. He was rude to my husband as well. When he was done he didn’t say sorry I couldn’t help not even good bye. He basically threw the phone back at me and walked out of the room. I had my young daughter with me and took a lot for me to keep my composure. He is an absolute sorry excuse of a manager better yet sorry excuse of a person. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
