The staff and store owner are always helpful and courteous and go above and beyond to help and get things done. Almost 20 years of having my mailbox with the ups store! Thank you!

To be quite frank my experience at this store was mediocre at best. The customer service was just not the most polite, in fact quite rude. Just seemed like the worker helping me with my package did not want to be at work or help me with my item. This was my first and last time going there. I chose to go to a different service and had a much better experience!

UPS Store 2540 located on Indian Trace Weston, Florida is a most helpful UPS store in the world! They’ve always been super polite and always go the extra mile!!
