Prices are nuts. I’d rather wait in a DMV line than wait here again, slowest people ever, just stand there taking. Save time and go to the pak n ship down the street.

I found this to be very friendly store!!

The 2 Hispanic girls working here are sweethearts. They looked up for me if there is anything else open (today being Saturday evening) this would be the last store open ANYWHERE.

Story:
I was bringing a package just before closing 50pm today and they let me in and let me HELPED me disassemble it and worked with packaging for me. So I would not have to pay huge prices.

Of course I did my part got their permission ahead of time and didn’t push and I was mindful of their time.

Now if the store can just not charge for printing our emailed return labels

and take company accounts (I know this 1 is a UPS rules) I would be truly happy and give you 5 stars… Heck I’ll give you 5 stars anyway since your customer service was PHENOMENAL because of THOSE mindful 2 Girls.

I had to mail a return and I had no way to access to the retail store’s shipping label. Randy helped me figure out how to resolve the problem and printed the label for me in a very short time. I appreciated his positive attitude and great service.
