I’d like to say that the customer service provided was excellent. Luis Isales and his manager were very professional. The sale went passed closing time and they never expressed in any way shape or form they didn’t want to serve their customers. They were friendly and joked around with us during this long process, no fault of their own, but our old carriers were hard to reach. Thank you again. Great job!

Superb service by Kristopher. Explained everything in detail and made sure everything I needed (roaming outside the US) was working on my phone. Very good customer service and didn’t push for anything I did not need.

The sales representative, Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made recommendations based on our needs, but did not utilize high pressure tactics. We have always had a positive experience at this Sprint store.
