In a market well known for less-than-reliable contractors, Simja Construction stands above with quality, attention to detail, professionalism and most importantly – transparency. Their team has performed multiple renovation projects at my home and they are the only ones I would call for future projects. Recommended without reservation.

We used Ed (SIMJA) as our contractor when we bought our house in Pinecrest. The house needed a lot of work to be move in ready. We had to redo the roof, interior ceilings, demo some walls, electrical work, floors, etc. Ed did a great job for a great price, stayed on schedule, and always made himself available. We are now planning some upgrades to our house and will be contacting SIMJA again.

Simja has helped me build and over time renovate my 4 Med Spas. The employees are excellent at their craft. The owner and his Project Managers are very hands on and make you feel like your project is their top priority. The have always delivered the project before the expected date. I am not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed by the work ethic at Simja that I wanted others to know.

Great contractor! If you are looking for modern design that doesn’t brake your bank, look no further. Construction is messy but anytime I call Ed with a problem he took care of it. No hit and run. Highly recommend!
