INCREDIBLE team. I’ve been trusting them for years now after a horrible experience with my last dentist. Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming & they’ve been able to get me in quickly.

I find it odd that I’ve been using this place over 10 years and they have only one review currently. That’s impossible. This place put two front veneers on me. No matter what they say I was unaware they were doing that. I asked for a different service. The dentist at the time apologized to me and admitted the mistake. I got out of the chair and looked at double sized rabbit teeth. Had to go back at least four or five times to get them trimmed down. Then the color changed after three months. (Poor quality) on top of calling in and letting them know about the color I’ve mentioned it the few times they have also called me attempting to collect extra money from me even though every time I get worked done it is pre-authorized by them calling my insurance. It is a poor business practice and unprofessional. Being fair, my procrastination is an issue in getting back to the office but after all they are my dentist and I didnt plan on going anywhere else and I wasn’t in a rush. They are now refusing to look at the teeth saying I’m too hard to please? Sorry I don’t like rabbit teeth that turn yellow in 3 months… PS I need more NEW work done and have insurance! All this time I have not yelled at anyone, given a bad review… nothing. I just want a decent repair done. I think this shows how the people that work there think. I would wonder if the main owner of the business knew they’d just turned down an extra $1,000 in work that I need now and also future services. I’m also wondering if the dentists there went to school out of the country which I know is very common but I’m not using someone like that if I’m aware. Same as when I call HP for computer support and I get someone in India. The level of service is never the same.
