In 2011, he was extremely accommodating in our search for our new home in South Florida. We were traveling from overseas, and he moved mountains to schedule viewings to coordinate when we were available to fly into Florida from Qatar and Kingston. He was consistently thorough, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in our dealings with him.

We did view properties through two other agents who were not nearly as accommodating and didn’t seem to have extensive resources and take our time scheduling seriously, hence our decision to drop them and give our business to Sidney exclusively. Furthermore, his follow through to see us through our purchase and after move -in really was exemplary.

In mid-2016 it became necessary for us to relocate to Central Florida, and we were pleased to sign exclusively with Sidney to represent us as the home-seller for a change. As when we were buying, we felt we had his undivided attention, and no detail was overlooked to ensure that our sale and transition were as smooth as we had come to expect from Sidney.
