I took some pics while staying here. Basically this is a rental vs a timeshare. Most of what Vacation Village does is short term timeshare vacations. This buikding a rental. So one can stay longer, but at market prices. Ibdid get a good deal on a timeshare while staying here. The maintenance fees arent bad. The balcony was hard to give up once the rates went up
