I recently sold my house thanks to the hard work and excellent communication skills of Dean and Rose Sklar. At first I was skeptical, but rapidly grew to trust them and appreciate the many efforts Of their entire team. As my house that I sold was not new they were many many issues and they went way above and beyond in helping to rectify the problems at least headaches and had a very reasonable cost, when necessary. I give them nothing short of an excellent reading and really highly recommend them without any reservations.

We had the pleasure of working with Rose & Dean Sklar on the sale of our Weston home. From the initial conversation to the closing, everything was handled perfectly. The home was priced properly, the photoshoot really highlighted its attributes, and all of the showings and appointments were executed without fail. Throughout, Dean was always available for questions and advice, which made a stressful situation much easier. In addition, we rented a home through The Sklar Team, working closely with Alex Berner. He was an excellent resource, handling all our showings and negotiations. We strongly recommend the Sklars.
