Very busy location. Still had to wait even though I had an appt… Everyone else had one as well. But these workers did their best to get everyone in ASAP.

Always friendly helpful service from the Hyundai team. However, the Honda team has often left a lot to be desired. The best part so far about the Honda team was our salesman Frankie. Almost a year later and he still answers any text I send him. Photos are from the Hyundai service waiting area.

I took my Sonata in for service and chose the mid road package. The service sales attendant came to me in the lounge and said that my battery was dead and asked if I wanted to have it replaced.
He showed me his written notes for $280 plus dollars. He didn’t tell me that was only for the battery. My service package was $175. I assumed that was out the door and that is my mistake and lack of honesty on behalf of Rick Case.
Total bill, $580 plus dollars.
Think about what I documented above, battery replacement: $280.00.
I thought this was a reputable dealership. I was wrong.

I got service for oil change, alignment and tires. My experience was very positive. My manager was very friendly and nice. The cashier is excellent. My driver Alex Pilar is a very good one. I felt safe the way he was driving. He drives defensively.
I will recommend Rick case for service.

They did a fantastic job making me a deal on my car. I bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Got a good deal. 0% financing. My salesperson, Claudio, was really good. He knew what he was doing, he knew his product and he knew how to sell without being high pressure. That was the key to this place no high-pressure sales. They have a big inventory. Of used and new cars. And they have a service department. Free car washes. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a car
