Not pay attention on the details. I received the car with a flat tire and they say was my fault (the car was under their garage for 3 weeks)
Also the finishing with a loose part outside the left bumper.
I should be choose other collision center.

Good communication, pleasant service and very good work. I had a SECOND accident and so (unfortunately) am a repeat customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My Wife picked up our Van At Rick Case collision center. Last week my wife was involved in a minor rear end accident. The Bumper was returned chipped and out of aliment. Very poor quality service. You can easily see it’s not right. They gave us a hard time about fixing it again. The Van is less than a year old.

Update: Return the next day. They repainted bumper. The rear is still out of wack. Rep said “it’s to industry standards. Please call your insurance company”. So, they Refused to fix bumper correctly. I had to stop payment with the insurance company. Insurance company said they will have us take it to another repair shop.

Save yourself lot’s of time and money.
DO NOT USE there collision center.

If you are considering taking your car to Rick Case Collision Center I highly recommend you consider other options. I would never recommend them to a family or friend. Customer service picks up the phone like 1 out of 5 times and they are not the friendliest group. I was not even called when the car was ready so I called them to get an update but my calls went to voice mail. After 5 attempts over 2 days I finally got a hold of someone that informed me that my car was ready 2 days ago. As far as my experience with the repairs that was no better as they tried to return the car to me twice when the bumper was clearly not properly put back together. In total I had to drive to Rick Case 4 times to get the car repaired properly. It was very disappointed to know they were returning the car to me without them inspecting it to make sure the repairs were completed properly. My take on this is they are leaving it to the customer to do the inspection and I’m guessing they hope the customer does not notice the poor quality of workmanship. I highly recommend that you DON”T take your care to Rick Case for repairs as there are much better shops out there. I only took it there because eSurance recommended them and I have already given them my feedback.
