I started taking Pure Barre classes a little over a year ago and was immediately hooked! As someone who doesn’t enjoy running, this is a great, low impact alternative for a full body workout – and it is definitely a workout! I’ve become stronger and more flexible since starting Pure Barre. The Weston location has friendly staff and wonderful instructors who push you to challenge yourself. Would highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a low impact fitness class that still packs a punch, I would definitely recommend Pure Barre Weston. I feel my core stronger and my lower back pain and tension are melted away.

Very girlush spot with positive environment and friendly instructors, admins. Great whole body workout for ladies, who prefer low cardio workouts, with high impact, great for muscle toning. I personally hate lifting heavy weights and here 2lbs is just right for me. Flexible schedule.

My favorite location. The instructors are so friendly and helpful. I also love the prices compared to the Barre I have done in LA.
