This place is amazing! From the minute you walk in (and I walked in through the service area), you realize the unique and prestigious experience of owning a Porsche. It is indeed a relatively new facility BUT the people working there are amazing. First off, My service advisor, Mark Wright, is a great communicator, demonstrates excellent customer service and advocacy, and is knowledgeable on the complexities of these amazing cars. The technicians, especially the shop foreman, are the A Team. I have had a problem diagnosed and fixed the same day (matter of 5 hours). I previously had my car at another Porsche dealership’s service center for a month on the same issue and they couldn’t pin point the problem. Chris, the Foreman, identified the issue in less than 60 seconds when he greeted me at my vehicle by request of the service advisor. I highly recommend you take you Porsche here for service. It’s a bit out of the way but you’ll save weeks of hassle and not having your Porsche.
