Pollo Tropical

The customer service is terrible. She got our order wrong the first time. When we asked for her to remake it she cursed. She remade it and then it was wrong again.Also there was NO SODA at all. The sweet tea was unsweet. Don’t waste your time here.

Karen was the worst employee ever I’m sorry to say but if you don’t like working somewhere were you do t like quit if your having a bad day don’t take it on customers and leave at home she gave us drinks one with no ice we asked for mango sweet tea and she gave us un sweet tea basically she just didn’t want be there rude when we got there I’m sorry but if you want more people your store hire a better crew I’m manager myself and I make sure my employees are 100 percent they greet and be polite customers customers always come first before any problems you have

This place is probably the worse PT store ever compare to others.
Food is always overcooked or raw, ice and or flat sodas always an issue. We keep going because we hope that will get better but….never again. The place looks clean though.

I hear boiled yucca is a cuban dish. The wings can be gotten with boiled yucca as a side. The grillmaster trio you can only replace white and brown rice… bummer. Anyway, I like the cuban cooking and grilled pollo. Carne asada or bristek doesnt seem to be on the menu but churrasco is available in the bowl . Anyway lots of options

I’ve had better polo. I dont expect much but the sauces and chicken at this one are a little off.
