Office Depot – In-Store and Curbside Pickup

Slow business place.

Very hot in there. A little disorganized when helping people but that’s with all Office Depots in my experience.

The so it yourself copy machine kept jamming and when I told the assistant instead of helping, suggested I just print for $.16, which I did then I get to register and they tried charging me special almost $.30 he printed in a more expensive paper al thought I didn’t ask him since it was a practice paper test and answer sheets. And he charge me for stapling since the so it yourself staple didn’t have staples and I told him. The same job cost me $22 at another Office Depot I ended up pay $49 minus a coupon of $10 and I still paid double the amount. I’m so upset at the lack of training these staff had. They took the easy way out and I had to paid for it!!!! I actually ended up paying $45.54 !!! I’m so upset!!

Are they preparing to close down the store or something? They charge more for prints than any office depot. I had only one basic black & white print and I got charged a paper charge. Granted it is only a few cents more, but it’s not the point! You don’t rob your customers. The only reason I paid it and not somewhere else is because it is cheaper than spending more in gas. Next time, I will not go here.
