Firstly omar greeted me in spanish I still told him I didn’t understand him and asked if he spoke any English and he said “alittle” so he had an attitude so I won’t recommend this Ocean’s Bank, worst one ever with customer service. This please needs intense training on customer service and absolutely absurd.

The bank has the best checking account program in the banking industry, but the staff in this particular branch is the worse you can find. They don’t have any kind of customer service education. They are forgetting that we as clients, are the reason the bank is open. I hope that corporate see my post and find out why they treat the customers like that bad.
