I’ve lost 35 lbs so far. If you don’t follow directions when on this program then you won’t get the results your looking for. There’s nothing out there that poofs fat off your body. I can’t exercise because of injuries to my body and this by far has great results.
But like I said. You have to follow the plan. You can cheat a little but you must be consistent. Even if I lost 1 lb this week you have to go and get your treatment.
Keep on track. Trust me it works.
