They answer the phone once you ask for information they hang up on you horrible customer service they need a professional to answer the phone

They will deliver your packets but hardly answer the phone. Usually they do not have a line. I have been here twice and they took care of me rapidly. They opened up my box and placed items inside another box and took care of everything very well at no extra charge

This review is long overdue but here I am — I have had the pleasure of using Liberty Express Weston exclusively for all my shipments to Venezuela for the last year –Liberty Express Weston has been the greatest discovery — what an incredible difference from all the other courier services I have used — all my packages arrive safely and in perfect condition to my sister, nephew and brother-in-law in Margarita — by air in no more than ten days and by ship in about three weeks, just like you say — Guillermo and Marilys at Liberty Express Weston are very knowledgeable, super efficient, helpful, courteous, and a delight to do business with — Liberty is lucky to have such fine employees — the office can be very busy at times, especially in December, but it’s busy everywhere in December so ship early! — for me (after living in the States for forty years) it is fun to be surrounded by beautiful Venezuelan people for a little while — and it makes me very proud to see a Venezuelan business run so well — congratulations Liberty — thank you!
