I always bring my dresses here and love how they come out. They are a bit expensive but worth it.

I had used this cleaners for tailoring and alterations for many years. Maria, who did the alterations, ruined my daughters Sweet 16 dress. She made half the dress shorter than the other side, with no way to lengthen it back to the correct length, as my daughter is 5’10”. She kept telling me that she could not see that the dress was shorter and that it was fine. My daughter walked out in tears as they made her so upset. It was not fine, it was very visible and after convincing us to leave the dress for a few more days, she made several other mistakes on the dress when she tried to “fix” it. She undid one of shoulder straps and lengthened them leaving stitch marks in the fabric on one side, on the other side, she had to actually sew more fabric to the strap to lengthen it, so you could see the stitching across the strap and the dress was still lopsided. There were other issues she caused rendering the dress not useable. We tried to obtain more fabric to redo the skirt and straps, but, the fabric was no longer available. We had to order an entire new dress, have it rushed in, as we were getting close to the date of her party. We asked them to pay for the dress, they refused and tried to charge me for the alterations. I refused and they told me to just take the dress and leave. I will never go back there. I referred many, many people to her and to La Sal cleaners and our family used them as well. The management/owners could care less and refuses to return my repeated phone calls, as I am told every time I call, that they are not there. I no have no choice but to file a lawsuit to recover the money I had to pay for the new dress. I cannot even express how terribly disappointed I am with them.

Been going for years. Not the cheapest in town- but certainly good and fast. Highly Recommended. Drive thru drop off is convenient. Friendly staff.
