Exactly the same as a prior review, this person doesn’t respond, doesn’t complete his job, and despite one time saying erroneously the time frame, doesn’t bother despite having promised and being paid to complete his job.
It is now 12 weeks since he last was to handle a simple repair requiring a piece, yet one time at 4 weeks said the part hadn’t arrived and he would follow thru!
If you want competence, do not use.

Gary at innovative concepts doesn’t provide the level of professional service that he supposed to provide. I can it all a lie. He doesn’t honor appointments and doesn’t bother to return phone calls. He just doesn’t show up

Quick service, came same day and worked for a few hours fixing all my computer issues. Charges on $97 and warranties his work for 90 days. Very good deal, we will recommend Innovative Concepts Computer Repair to all our friends and relatives.
