House of Athlete

I’ve been going to the House for over 6 months now and can’t say enough good things about the facility, coaches and classes. Classes are fun, engaging and challenging. The sense of community and relationships you develop with the staff and fellow Tribe members is wonderful. They work with you to individualize workouts to your needs even in the group class settings. Plenty of options for recovery and warmup.

Awesome, supportive staff is working hard to keep you motivated to improve yourself physically and mentally! Phisical therapy and mental wellness are also emphasized!

Man oh man!! This place is super amazing. I did the 6 weeks challenge and the staff and the trainers was awesome. They push and motivated you they never gave up on me they was with me every step of the way. It’s definitely a family place. I love it and I can’t wait to see my goal weight lost. Thank you HOA ?
