Doctor Rutenberg is an excellent professional. He helped us with an issue with my son, that is not common and demand lots of tests and analysis. He is very dedicated and a very nice person. The way he talks to his patiences is very much appreciated. He deals with his patiences in a different way, different than the “quick and short” way we are use to, spending time explaining what the issue is and building trust with them. I am very happy with his work.
