Marlin at Hertz Davie, FL location is awesome!!
He took care of me in a tight situation with my schedule. I booked online and was getting ready to go pick up the car when he. Alex me and told me they had inventory on the way, but not there yet. This heads up allowed me to adjust my schedule and still nail my business of the day.
Thank you Marlin for your professionalism, kindness & attention to detail. It is hard to find these days.

I have used them for over a year they’re always very kind courteous and take care of me

The gentleman that picked me up got lost so instead of being there in 20 minutes it was almost 2 hours and he spoke little to no English. The gentleman John who took me back to location was awesome. Car was clean. However one star because I rented the car for one day and returned it and then got a phone call almost a week later saying my car had not been returned and a hold on my credit card over $600 instead of the agreed $200 deposit plus rental cost of $85.42. That being said make sure they close out your account. Not sure what they were trying to do but not good that you have to find out an additional $400 is not available to you when your out of town. Issue was taken care of after I called them just shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

I went to get a loaner because my car was in the shop. It took over 45 minutes from the moment I sat down on the counter until I got the car. They gave me the car super dirty with less than half a tank of fuel. Zero Customer friendly.
