Good place to service my car. They are really committed to customer service, They always give me advice about what the car needs but they are not pushy. The only thing is that sometimes they take longer times. Overall much Betty than other places

Excellent service and personalized attention. Great Bear Automotive conducted a general vehicle inspection and provided service maintenance to my Porsche. Oil and filter were changed and power steering fluid added. I also was very please with the reasonable pricing and expedited service. It is a trustworthy shop. Highly recommended. Thumbs up for Elias, Pedro, Barry and Lenny. My Porsche is now ready for a spin!

Great service and really helpful! They are very nice and honest, they will never try to sell you something that you don’t need. They work effectively and efficient. I went there for a flat tire and they found out why my car had this strong noise. If you live in the area go to this place is the best!

I left a 5-star review when I first became a customer of Great Bear, and I’m happy to say that they’re still just as incredible. As my Fiat aged, a major repair finally came up: replacing my clutch. Barry and the guys gave my transmission new life at a fair price, all while keeping me updated along the way.

You won’t go wrong trusting them with your vehicle. They’ve always done right by me, and I’m sure they’ll do the same for you.

Today Saturday, April 20th 2019 – We left our car for a complete check/inspection (since we just bought it) to make sure what things we need to change. We were told everything was fine except some sensors and the air filter which we told them to change it and that’s done ✅. However! My husband asked them about the cabin air filter and they told us it was fine too… ? we checked and it was very disappointing what we saw!!!!!!! The cabin filter was completely dirty with even a bunch of leaves… ? Now we are not feeling secure. We don’t even know if they actually did a proper inspection. So we will have to go to another place to check the car for the second time.

Only two stars because I understand things can happen but unfortunately we are not happy. Even worst if we traveled from Miami to Weston. ??‍♀️
