no response when my insurance was liquidated. I got 1 phone call and no response after I sent the email letter I received from the state of Florida, and several more emails and another call. so I found another agent. can’t be bothered to work a little bit coz my insurance that he found was liquidated. not worth while calling him for long term help. obviously overworked or lazy.

Don’t waste your time with agent Max Morgan. I provided him with all our homeowners information and never heard from him again. Very unprofessional.
