The recent review by a lady that said she was attended poorly by an elder male sales person was obviously not at this store. I visit this store frequently and there is no one fitting that description that works here. Always professional service. Great advise when you have questions or doubts about their products. Always looking to get me the best deal.

I bought 4 quest protein cookies and after the whole sales process, put my phone number in he system, talking about the new cookies, etc.. while the card transaction was processing the guy said “oh, by the way, you can buy 5 and get the 6th free on these, but now the transaction is over and it’s too late, maybe next time, have a great day”. I was so shocked I couldn’t even demand a refund to purchase again and get the free cookie. WHAT A JOKE. I didn’t catch his name but his an older guy, wear glasses and he’s there everyday. I will NEVER go back. I’m so angry I can feel my body warm.
