Overall, very poorly ran. No one really seems to know what they’re doing. I rented for three years and never received a pool key, despite asking multiple times. They overcharged me during our first month and avoided my phone calls. Any time I needed to contact them, I had to call multiple times for multiple days before I could maybe get in touch with someone. The unit was dirty upon move in, which we documented on the form they provided for us. We were charged a cleaning fee at move out, even though the unit was much cleaner than it was when we moved in. We moved in with lots of holes in the walls, broken toilet paper holders, a shower that didn’t work, etc. I was a first time renter and didn’t really know what to look for, thankfully I learned a lot! I would never rent from them again.

They’ll find any excuse to keep your deposit.

First off I would like to recommend this company as one of the best property managements I have ever worked with. The team here is very attentive to all questions, answers and requests. They handle their business in a highly respectable manner. While I’ve worked with other companies previously, the staff has neither been as friendly or as responsive to my needs and this quickly becomes stressful. They’re quick to get the ball rolling and any request or issue resolved. The entire staff is professional, respectable, friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Just to recommend this company as one of the best management company I have ever dealt with. I have been renting for years. They were accurate paperwork wise, they helped me with the association application process. Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. At move in the apartment had minor issues that were fixed immediately. They are always on top of my service requests and any other issue I may have. Truly recommended it.

Great Service. Always reliable and on time. The repairs and maintenance requested where done on time and with no inconvenience. I will sure recommend them for other property owners as well as renters.
