I have been coming to this location for several years now with no issues.. I was helped by a staff member called Hipolito. I always use issue envelopes from fedex, today he gave me a different envelope to use without telling me there was an extra cost for it. If I hadn’t ask, I would have never been told. It’s not the cost, it’s the service of unprofessionalism. I will take my service elsewhere.

I headed to Kinko’s this morning and it was great to be helped by Romeo, he step up to make sure I was able to solved a banner ASAP besides some technical difficulties I was having. Great service! Please keep up the good work.

I am beyond livid at going into this store to make ONE $0.18 cent copy and have my credit card charged an additional $10.00 TEN DOLLARS because (I’m told) they needed to make sure my card has sufficient funds! What?!?!?!
If your credit or debit card does not have sufficient funds, the card transaction should not go through. A week later, FED-EX STILL HAS MY TEN DOLLARS. This is an outrage!!! The manager, Kelsey, claims she cant do anything to remedy the situation… WHY? Lots of blaming my financial institution, however FED-EX PRINTING charged my account. This is a BOGUS charge. This should not happen to customers. PERIOD!!! Will NEVER use your services again.
