What a pleasure. We left the appointment time a little flexible since it was a pre-treatment on a new construction project and not an inhabited house. The owner, called 30 minutes before he headed that way, just like he promised. He and his business partner were already set up and working when I got to the site. They were both friendly and professional and took the time to explain the paperwork I would need and what stage of construction would be best for them to come back for the final treatment (which was included in the price they gave me). This was a really easy, straightforward and surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks!

The technician was amazing! Great attitude, very understanding of our home and limitations of access. She explained every step of the service she performed, why certain treatments were used and what to expect over the next few weeks. Liked her very much! A+++.
