F45 Training North Weston

I’m a member of an F45 in Orlando, but I visit this location any time I come home to see my family, and it’s always an incredible experience. They make me feel like I’m home, and the energy is amazing. The trainers are so good at motivating you and push you to do things you didn’t think were possible. Can’t wait to come visit my family again!

I’ve been a long time member of F45, and joined the North Weston studio last October. This has been by far the best studio I’ve ever been a member of. Miguel and his staff are extremely professional, personable and dedicated, and truly take the time to make sure the members are getting the full F45 experience, going above and beyond expectations by keeping us motivated and continuing to push us the extra mile. Highly recommended and totally worth the price!

This place is amazing! The trainers are willing to do anything to not only push you to be better, but to help you out with any accommodations to injuries or pain etc. They go out of their way to give you different exercises that will help you in specific or exercises to stretch something bothering you at home. In just a few days you create a family. Recommend to everyone!

Probably one of the best workouts I’ve had in years! Love the energy of the class, and the coaches push you that extra mile so you get really good workout.

I absolutely adore Dani and Miguel and their fabulous F45 North Weston family! I have never felt more motivated to workout than I do right here and the support is ongoing and a really friendly and happy environment with like minded individuals. The facility is extremely clean and organized and their program is extremely professional. I couldn’t be more grateful to be a member here.
