The staff is amazing! We had a great time at the park. So why 4 stars? Expectation vs. Reality. I expected bigger gators in the wild and to see a bit more than a few gators and a bunch of birds (they are beautiful birds by the way). The gator show was a bit uneventful. Again, I expected the gators to at least be protective or territorial, but they didn’t do much. The souvenir shop was crammed full a stuff so the wasn’t a ton of room to push past the crowds of people in the shop. This is all just me being picky. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend it to visitors.

Totally disappointed, the 1 hr ride bragging is really a 30 minute ride, they spent almost 8 minutes at 3 alligator spots known to them, great acting to create a excitement, our seats are so low all you see is a black spot and lots of bushes as he sat high up. The show was a disaster, no where near what they promoted on the video riding to the site, boy do they pump up tips, stating they work for free, my $130 fee
The woman holding the alligator mouth for the entire chat was a waste of time, nothing like the video and driver stating all the things we will see, nothing, wasted my day, my back pack got soaked due to water when boat took off, no warning to not place anything on the floor.

We were able to see two alligators in the wild which was a very cool sight to see. We saw plenty of native birds and the iguanas lounging in the tree. Going so fast on the boat was a fun experience and I felt that I learned a lot from the tour guide. The alligator show with Chris was way cool, it seemed that he really respected the alligators and they had the same respect for him. We also got to hold the baby alligator and get a picture with it which was cool, I just wish we had been able to hold it for longer than just the camera to take the picture. I really liked that we got free photos from our experience, these pictures are something my family will keep forever. The gift shop also had unique souvenirs too. This is a super fun tour for those visiting Miami!

We had Doug who was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable about the Everglades and the wild life. Fun being on the boat and hearing about his experiences over the years. He said that we probably would no see any alligators due to the unseasonably cold weather but we did see 3 of them. We had just returned from a cruise and had 8 hours until our flight so my wife suggested this excursion as we also received transport to airport. Well worth it to experience the Everglades. We saw a bit of the show as it was pretty crowded. Funny show and getting to see the huge alligators up close. Well worth the experience for anyone of any age. Thanks again Doug for a wonderful experience.

This is one of my favorite places to visit. It never gets old. The air boat tours are amazing and very educational. I grew up in Florida, and every time I get on a tour I learn something new. My son enjoys the experience as much as I still do. Enjoy the alligator bites as we wait and the show after the tour. Great place, great atmosphere.
