Amazing Dentist !!

I use to love this office. My daughter starting coming here when she was 3.. but my last 2 visits were very disappointing. My daughter is now 5 and can be very scared about a lot of things and the dental hygienists she’s had for the last 2 visits got very frustrated with her. Last time because she was afraid and this time because she could not complete her x-rays. The thing was way too big her her mouth and she was choking on it and instead of trying to work with her, she got very frustrated with her. She didn’t acknowledge my daughter when she was talking to her and didn’t even praise her when she did well during the cleaning. I do like the dentists a lot but the hygienists spend the most time with her. The dentist can be scary for young kids.. if you can’t be understanding of that then don’t work with kids.

Super clean office, easy appointments and nice staff.

I went to Dr Sherman as a child and wanted to bring my daughter to him. The first visit was free which was just a well check when she was one year old. I just went back this morning and after they checked my insurance they told me they didn’t take it. It would have been a lot easier if they had called to verify my insurance before I drove to their office this morning especially with a two year old. Good dentist just need to make sure you check your insurance is covered with them before going because obviously they don’t. Not cool at all!

This was the first dentist I ever brought my 3year old to. They kept her smiling and worked fast and proficiently. They left me feeling confident that their team was just the right fit for my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Sherman and his team.
