After receiving orthodontics treatment from Orthosmile by Dr Cozzarelli DMD for myself and my two daughters we learned that the treatment provided did not correct our bites and created a set of additional problems not there before. My oldest and I were never treated on our last molars causing continuous biting of the inner check and now require re-treatment to correct the last molars. Our bites are completely out of alignment. Additional dental services provided in the office by staff for bridge work also had to be re-done because the piece was not a proper fit and required a new one. Bottom line all 4 services paid in full were a complete waste of time and money paid now must be completely redone to correct the problems created and avoid the potential long term effect otherwise.
