I’m 53 years old and all my life I have been the most relaxed and happy person, but that had changed and I was full of anxiety and depressed. I had my testosterone checked and that was ok, my thyroid exam came out good too. I was getting desperate and my sister suggested I try Functional Medicine.
At first I couldn’t see how diet and supplements could affect my mood, but after 8 weeks I’m back to my normal self – and even more focused. Lost 15 pounds and I’m close to my high school weight.
