As i don´t live in Florida i took only 5 classes to try CrossFit for first time in my life and i have to say it was an amazing experience, thanks to RGTC guys. Jose is awesome and so professional. They always create a team atmosphere. i cant wait to come back at the end of the year to join them again, i fully recommended!! 🙂

I’m new to crossfit but all i can say is that this is an excellent place to workout, people are nice and the coaches are amazing. Extremely satisfied. ?

Dropped into this gym while traveling. Fun, yet challenging workout. The class was diverse (men, women, fit athletes, not-so-fit athletes, seniors). In addition, they were supporting the community by participating in a fund raiser for a local school. All members were friendly and encouraging and the coach was attentive and involved. Next time I’m in town, this will be my spot.

If you are considering CrossFit, but are a little intimidated, this would be a great place to start.

This is a great place to have fun while learning how to become healthier and stronger. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. The community is incredible and very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
