I got an appointment quickly, I was seen just as quickly. The gynecologist I saw spent about 3 minutes with me, she swabbed, wished me a good afternoon and walked out the door. I had questions that I didn’t get to ask. I will never go back there. Then good luck getting your results. I got an email instructing me to go on “Mychart” it was down when I tried. I called to get the results, was disconnected. Called again, was put on hold for the longest time. I finally hung up. I still don’t have results. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cleveland clinic’s orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Patel is someone I would highly recommend staying away from. He lied to me twice on my 1st visit with him. #1 he stated after reviewing my X-ray that I needed hip surgery ASAP. I explained that I am allergic to the metal in the implant and I came to the hospital for an injection. He stated that there is no metal in implant and I would be fine. Never mentioned getting blood work done. Then he stated that the cortisone injection on works fir a couple of days. He did not realize that I have had 5 injections at another hospital that lasted 5-6 months. Against my better judgement due to pain and my regular doctor away I had Cleveland clinic give me an injection. This did not work at all!!!! After 2 months I went to my regular orthopedic and yet he shot worked perfectly!!!!! The man will do surgery at any cost to the patients health. Please stay away from him!!!!

Would not recommend. You cant ever find your doctor. And when finally you find a doctor you like they leave the hospital.
So far all my three doctors
left some place else.
Same day appointment yes.but with a nurse or a student.
All my family pull out of this hospital.

It takes time to get all your information in their system, but once you’re in, you’re in. Checking in and paying for appointments can be done with a live person at the desk or by yourself at a computer kiosk. It’s usually very quick and easy. Appointments are on time or early!! Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional – even the volunteers. 🙂
During my surgery and 2 days in the hospital I was pleased with the care I received. Again, professional and friendly. Thank you, Dr. Patel and Christian.

Looks very comfortable. Beautiful and very clean building. Very small parking lot, always full
