Cinderella’s Mobile Pet Spa

Very disappointed will not use again.
I wanted a puppy cut for My maltese
She was return completely shaved. They told me she was mated and they had to shave her. Even her face and head (that was no way mated , she was cut so short I can’t put a bow) they are a mobile grooming and they are parked right in my driveway.. one would think that they would come out and talk to me before they decided to cut it off. I know is just hair and it will grow but Every time I see her I get angrier. The face hair is all chopped up not even a decent cut, definitely not professional it looks like some who was just learning.

NO NO NO NO NO. I AM LITERALLY SHAKING AND SICK TO MY STOMACH. First off it’s sketchy that this company goes by multiple names evidently so that’s a red flag. It’s also Mary Eli’s Lovely Pets as well as Cinderella’s pet spa and who knows what else. My dog is sooooo uneven and shaved down to her skin. It will take forever for this to be rectified the poor thing looks abused. DO NOT let your fur child be subjected to this mobile groomer there are FAR BETTER. If you read this and get your dog groomed with these people then you’re a glutton for punishment because clearly they’re incompetent. I’ve sent the picture to family and friends and no one can believe it.

I totally recommend Cinderella’s Pet Grooming. Their service was excellent! Sarah was very professional and gentle with my puppy. She went above and beyond with my petitions. The person I spoke to on the phone was also very courteous. They booked me on the same day and actually made it to my house before the time. The price was very reasonable and the service included many services that other mobile groomers do not include. I am definitely going to be a returning customer.

I have a dog named pixel, who is always attended at my house by their mobile cars around once a month and he always ends up looking beautiful and am happy as ever with their services

ANIMAL ABUSE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! They super glued two gem stones onto the fur between my poor dog’s eyes. I used warm water to try and remove them but they left a bald spot between her eyes. I was not asked if I wanted this treatment, they just took it upon themselves to do this. 2 days later, I noticed a HUGE cute under her chin that was actually infected! No mention was made of this incident either. My schnauzer, along with my dad’s labradoodle, were dropped off at 8:30 in the morning and at 7:00pm we still had not gotten a phone call so we decided to just show up. The dogs were still not ready and we were told it would take an additional 20 minutes. After the pups came home, they were both drinking water as if they hadn’t had a single drop of water all day long. Terrible experience and my poor pup is paying for it now 🙁 Please don’t take your animals here if you actually care about animals because Cinderella’s clearly does not. ZERO STARS – shame on you.
