Been going to this location for the past few months, it’s sort of the same like the Bank Of America nearby here. All atms at any chase bank, have limitations which inconvenient! There’s only two nice people here. Daniel and his manager!

The waiting is very long never less than 45min. They need more people to serve in a prudent time to their clients.

Horrible customer service!!! Wait times are unbelievably long. They always tell you 15 min and it could take hours. Only take people by appointments. Never again!!! They should really hire more people to be able to assist their customers!

It really is a very helpful group of people. They have always treated me with very good predisposition and with a smile on their face. As in any other branch of any other bank there are days with more people and more relaxed days. But they never stop asking who is unattended. For this reason I choose CHASE and more this branch.

Went there to notarize something and had to wait and wait for them to actually help me. When they finally decided to pay attention to me they did everything in their power not to do their job. Passing me up from one notary to another. Eventually I went to another bank. Awful service. Go to an other branch. This branch is full of incompetent people that don’t want to do their job.
